The success of Lithium-Polymer batteries in the model planes branch was even more than a lot of people expected. The need for powerful motors with Li-Po batteries is ever increasing.

More power through batteries with more power and raising the current that motors work at, has one disadvantage and that is that the parts get hotter. This follows that the motors have worse working efficiancy and reach the maximal working temperature.

We have developed the old X-Peak 3 so that it can charge not just 3 but 5 Li-Po batteries with 18,5 V or Li-Ion batteries with 18,0V. So you have 2/3 more power with the same discharging current and motor power.

We have also increased the power in other areas. Instead of the 10 cells Ni-Cd and Ni-MH batteries it is now possible to charge 14 cells. The maximum charging current is increased from 3 A to 5 A and the maximum discharge current from 0,5 A to 1,0 A.
