DELIVERIES:

You can receive the goods you purchase from our online shop by mail and pay on delivery including post and packaging, or you could collect your order from the F.LIMA head office.

If the order weights less than 2Kg will be sent by CTT and if the order weights 2Kg or more will be sent by OCHOA company.

The delivery costs are free if the order amount is €120,00 or above. Under this amount the delivery costs €5,00 and will increase according to the weight.

We do not sell abroad Portugal.

RETURNS:

The deadline to any return is 15 days after the purchasing, considering that is returned to us in the same condition that was sent to you.

Software is non refundable if the seal has been broken or tampered with.
